IRIS hacking check

What is the hacking required to reboot IRIS, assuming it can actually be done? And is the threshold modified or unmodified? Mine is currently 81(126).

I think it is 130. Almost certain. Any skill used in game is always (modified).

You need 130 effective/modified hacking (without any tool bonus) to reboot IRIS.
