End of Alpha ? [Spoliers]

Hi everyone, I just have a question for this great game :

Is it the end of alpha version when you come back from the junkyard with the drill pieces ?

Tanner says that he don't have any assignment and that I should rest, is that mean that's the end ?

I still have to explore the burrowers cave in GMS Compound, is it where the game continue ?

Ok, that's 3 questions, but it's basically the same  :P

That's the end of the main quest line.

Burrower's are optional.

How is the armory guard equipped any differently from the Embassy Guard?
