No, only the ones on Silent Isle I believe.

i passed them with a will 10 character and learned a psi power only from the silent isle pillars. others only gave me some bad trips.

perhaps with higher will you get different visions or powers but somebody else should confirm it.

On the other hand, I can confirm that Silent Isle monolith will kill you by spawning dozen of doppelgangers if your psionic character has Will is 6.

I had 10 Will, and when I went the doggelgangers still destroyed me. I think there is also some kind of skillcheck alongside the one for Will.
