It's really annoying.

I think I killed like 20 different Deep Worms and still no oddities, and I think I killed all the Industrial Bots so I will probably never get whatever oddity they drop.

I thought oddity was supposed to prevent grinding...

Maybe oddities on creatures are preplaced, and thus do not happen for respawn?

I doubt that, since I killed all the Industrial Bots and nearly all Deep Worms by now.

In my previous playthrough I had no problems with getting both oddities though, now it seems like the chance to get them is extremaly low.

There's a glitch in the loot generation concerning respawning entities. Will be fixed in the next update.

If Plasma Sentry drops laser emitter it's quality is always 33. At least in case of plasma sentries in certain endgame power station.
