admin@underrail.com

my OS - Windows 10.
I can't access any floor by elevator at SGS except Armory range and all Junkyard. I've never had any crashes.

My Games.zip is 9.4MB, I emailed it but copied it to Dropbox as well.
There are some Transition fail logs on Junkyard and SGS, some crash logs due to messing up with save files.

Btw, are either of you using any synchronization software that goes through your Documents folder?

Nothing that I am aware of.  No Dropbox, backup or syncing stuff. I have installed fresh Windows 10 just to play the game - downloaded a web browser, Total Commander, Steam, bought Underrail.

When I got my saves corrupted I went to Indexing Options and excluded My Games folder from indexing.
It looked like this -

Just one more thing. I installed Windows 10 as the second OS, there is also MacOS on my primary partition. There is syncing software running on MacOS but it only reads Windows files while I am running MacOS and Windows is shut down.

Nothing that I know of.

I'd like to add that everything is fine if I start a new game, it gets progressively worse the more I play from what I've seen. By now I can't access any SGS floor except for private quarters and metro train.

Got another zone transition error in Hollow Earth.

Also, because for some bloody reason this board doesn't like special characters and keeps cutting off text that contains them, here the log file:

But the problem is, indeed, it zlots at Vlurxtrznbnaxl.

I've sent you both mails regarding the issue.

Just to update other people potentially having Zone Transition Fails -
my save files were corrupted significantly and could not be restored, which means I am going to start a new game at version 1.0.0.6 (saves were damaged playing 1.0.0.5) and hope it does not reoccur.

My advise - do multiple saves and copy your save file somewhere else time to time.
Thanks Styg for his help.

This is separate issue. I'll look into it.

You also might want to check your disk for errors. It sounds unlikely but from what I've been able to investigate in another case it seems that some save files got corrupt by just copying them to a different location.

To answer stig's questions:

- No Sync software;
- No AV;
- An SSD that I bought 3 months ago. Shows no signs of IO failure at all.
