Ok, I finally got to Deep Caverns and can confirm that Faceless are friendly to me.

Disabled plasma walkers, accepted mind read, prevented Buzzer death, given information to Foundry Faceless.

The only thing that can spoil everything is in the Deep Caverns itself, as noted in post above.

Do not ask to do any tasks for Tchortists in Deep Caverns. Faceless will interpret this as working for the enemy.
Can you plz tell me if Faceless are blue to you or still gray? Do you have access to their shop or just limited supplies?

Their commander told me they are happy with what i've done so far and want to continue our collaboration. But i'm not sure if it means i'm allied with them.

You have to take crafting. Why? Rapid Reloader.

4 INT is fine, can be boosted to 6 with food and later with a workbench.
You won't be able to craft things as early as high INT builds but eventually you'll be able to craft anything.

Don't forget to take Point Shot as it allows you to break min. AP/attack limit.
Your STR is too low for sniper rifle unless you are going to spam adrenaline. nevermind, i just noticed you a willing  to raise STR with levelups.

I found the box finally, but now im stuck in the room.  Their patrol pattern is tight and I never have an opportunity to get out, the heavy gunner always catches me down the hallway to the stairs.  I don't want to kill them, bc I sided with the protectorate and I don't want to lose out on their quest line...I've tried my stealthboy or whatever its called ~ 180 stealth or so, but I still get noticed...I probably tried 5-6 times.  I can probably pull off, but like I said, that heavy gunner sticks to that hallway hard...

Are you abusing Enter Combat properly? 180 stealth is enough for this mission.
You can also leave the area through front door.

You tell him line like this "I'm done with all of your tasks, what now?" and he will immediately give you next quest. He will also comment on your optimal performance.

Otherwise you are unworthy of learning his secrets ... unless you can complete "Hack the game" quest.

You will also find 8-10 acid components and can loot corrosive acid glands from deep worms, so it's enough to make at least 80-100 vials.

But yeah, if you don't have crafting your option are pretty limited. I don't how could you make a decent chemical pistol build without crafting though, it's almost a requirement.

100 still can't compare to over 1k.
You also need vials and bonding agents. I found ONE agent in Loot Heavy Place.
By looting urban areas between West Faction and East Faction i found 3 more. That would be 40 ammo, given enough vials.

You can loot decent acid gimpstol from Faceless group near CC.

Tell us your build man, I came to the Deep Caverns unprepared and I've got no crafting skill, I am a faceless' friend and I can tell you:
- you'll find around 12 tnt charges in one place
- you'll find 2 or 3 jackhammer
- you'll find around 1000 bullets for every kind (maybe not for the sniper I don't use it)
- you'll find a 60 30-energy-battery-stack
- you'll find 2 acid vials. Whole TWO of them. Both full of acid.

2 reasons:

1) to encourage rising Biology.

2) as a message that you shouldn't pick every loot possible. Their price is pretty low. There's even an NPC in certain big city who has problems selling his organs (no pun intended) and is heavily encumbered.
