There's a double "and" during the conversation with Lt. Stratford, during the briefing for our second assignment. Picture attached.

General / Re: So what improvements would benefit Underrail 2?
« on: August 25, 2019, 05:10:28 pm »
Lots of great suggestions here, but personally the only thing that I'd love to have is the ability to customize your playermodel, not just your portrait. I know it would take a hell of a lot of time due to the way how animations work in the game, but it would still be a nice feature to have.

I can't believe i just remembered this, more ways to solve quests, let's put those non combat skills to use when it comes to quest solving

+1 to that!

I actually don't, but that's a great idea! I mostly specced into persuasion and intimidiation, so mercantile was kinda left out.

General / Boot spring and Imagine Intensifier Tube rarity
« on: August 16, 2019, 01:53:28 pm »
It's been quite a while since I last played Underrail, but with Expedition out I've been playing the game pretty much non-stop. I really like all the new stuff, especially the shotguns, but one thing that I'm having trouble with is finding these two parts. So far I've seen a single pair NVGs, but I've yet to find any bootsprings or tubes literally anywhere in the game, and I'm already at level 13.

Was the rarity of these items changed in one of the updates, or am I just *that* unlucky?

I'll be honest, I kinda forgot about these forums lately since I've been more active in other communities, but I too would love to help out with the testing. I'll have plenty of free time for the next three months and I've got a solid 60 hours in underrail too.

Yeah, shields are useful for every build, especially for ones that don't rely on stealth. I used mostly tin-can builds in my playthroughs and most of the time I went with low and medium frequency shields.

10 bucks says that it has something to do with temporal manipulation!

Hey there! I hope I didn't miss the signing deadline, because I would be quite interested in helping! I played underrail a lot a year ago, and I just recently started another playthrough. Now, I don't have much experience with bug reporting and testing, but what I do have is a ton of free time! :D

Wow. Major props to the art department because this expansion is looking better and better with every devlog! I'd very much like to know how the natives managed to get a hold of so many mammoth bones and skulls though...

Also, I counted at least seven new weapons and weapon models. Can't wait to try them out! :D

Am I the only one who thought DC one of the most interesting and coolest parts of the game?

It's my favorite place as well  :D. I had some problems when I went there the first time, but after I finished Leo's quest and realized that I can just run from bunker to bunker without fighting a single enemy it was a walk in the park. Honestly, the Free Drones questline was more difficult than DC.

Yeah, right now it doesn't have any functionality, but you should hold on to it. It's always possible that in a later patch/DLC the medal will get some kind of function.

I really like the way specialization was implemented, and I'm definitely looking forward to implementing them in my builds. However, I agree with Tygrende about the 200 extra skill points being too much. Maybe we could only get 20 skill points instead of 40 after level 25?

EDIT: Removed an unnecessary sentence.

They are not unkillable, but you can only damage them with psi powers. They last up to 5 turns, so your best option is to just run away from them.

I think im just gonna put the gloves up on finding him really. I have no clues to if im getting closer or if i fucked anything up, if have to do XXX i just dont know, been trying to find this guy for over a year now. Maybe someone else can find him.

It's also a possiblity that the whole thing was a Red Herring all along, and we wasted our time by trying to find him. I hope that's not the case though....

General / Re: Power to Tithonus Lab in DC?

Tithonus lab doesn't need to be powered up separately. If you power up the Hollow Earth Research complex, you should be able to get in without any problems.
