I don't recall any changes being done to this quest since the last update other the difficulty stuff, and those changes shouldn't affect much with regards to turning in the quest; but then again, who knows? Maybe it's something awfully specific and hard to reproduce. I'll be leaving this one be until some new info turns up.

It's one of them cursed quests, I tells ya!

The quest now gets completed as soon as you arrive to the meeting place, so no matter what you decide to do afterwards your notes will get updated. Hopefully that'll put this bug to rest. :)

People have had issues with turning in this quest in the past, but to my recollection usually it's them not navigating the dialog tree properly (which I might reorganize a bit after the expansion gets released), so I'll go through the process just in case:

The option to turn in the shield emitter package should be under "Let's talk about Core City."-> "About those energy shields..." lines (the second of which appears after you've received the quest). Gorsky will then ask "What's on your mind?" and there you should be able to hand him the package if you possess the item ("Got them right here..."); having the item in your inventory is the only condition for that line, and whatever means you used to acquire the shields are irrelevant when it comes to turning in the quest. Therefore, if the line isn't there and you have item, then it's a bug. I've tried it yesterday and it worked properly. ::shrugs::

That's all I can say. Give it another shot once you reach CC again. :)

Also - in Praetor Quarter, or how its name, to the left from Stratford there are three rooms, only one of them is restricted (btw before I remember all were like that), despite of this, when I start to lockpick non-restricted door, fight is initiated.
So, something is definitely wrong.

Odd, but fixed for the next patch. Now all of them are protected, as they should be.

Do you have a save with the Gorsky's quest bug? Disguise is optional and the quest should work even if you butcher the whole place. As for the Foundry bug, fixed that one for the next patch.

It's not intentional. Fixed for the next patch. Also, I somehow missed your previous comment about the SGS murder quest, so now I've added both Harland and Tanner to the list of suspects, because why not. :)

We sat this particular npc down and had a long, friendly chat with him. He told us he's been dealing with some personal issues lately (didn't take the Junkyard surprise nerf all too well, I'm afraid) and, well, let's just say he became a bit overzealous when it came to fighting the player characters invading the Ironhead base. However, he promised to keep his powers in check. It won't happen again (after the patch).

Okay, so after you're done in the back alley Grover's quest will be marked as completed and he'll default to the "It's my favorite extorter..." line once he's back to his house. I think that should cover it, but if you could give it another try after the patch (if you have the save before the event) I'd appreciate it.

As for Cliff, I've made it so he won't start bleeding after you cure Jenny. That'd be a tad too easy way out of his new predicament. :D

Nope, just a bug. I mean a dog. It's a dog. Most certainly a dog. A buggy dog. Not, like, burrower kind of buggy but... you know... Ah, whatever, fixed for the next patch.
