Bugs / Zone Transition Error in University end battle

In the last fight of the battle with the faceless I got two Zone Transition errors each time I activated the elevator to DC.

Bugs / Pathfinding Bug

I still get the pathfinding bug where the player character stops and jitters in one place. I can only resume movement if I pick a way point in another direction. The worst part is that you get knocked out of stealth when it happens and that never goes well.

Bugs / Encountered a couple of minor bugs

The Protectorate weapon merchant's mercantile check dialogue option is never removed when asked and apparently passed.

I had a weird bug I could never recreate, but from what I remember I triggered a doppelganger to appear at the moment my character walked into the caves at Silent Isle. When I walk out of the cave the map loads and the doppelganger is still there,but the game eventually freezes and crashes.

General / *spoilers?*About the Free Drones and Junkyard

It's disappointing to see that there isn't an option that opens you up to completing the Junkyard dispute between the Eels and Scrappers by aligning with the Free Drones after you clear out the SRO. The FD leader even says that he'll send a delegate to JUnkyard, but nothing more becomes of that. There's also no acknowledgement that the assualt has taken place by anyone in Junkyard, especially Silas who still mentions the Protectorate as a viable ally. I guess that for any body to even try something like this it would take lots of meta knowledge, but it sucks to not see anything become of attempting this coarse of action.

Bugs / Detritus in DC

Detritus shows up in DC even if you decide to avoid doing the Biology branch's quest that results in him result in him joining the Tchorist.

I was curious the see if not recruiting Detritus into the Tchorist experiment would have resulted in some sort of minor difference in post game interaction;however, his fate neither change nor does it explain how he ends up in DC. It's just something that bugs me.

On the Lower Underrail map east of the one where Blaine resides, the destructible rock wall near the exit to the east spawns with a gap in it allowing the player to pass through.

The tab outline function allows the player to see enemies that are outside of the vent view function.

I'm pretty sure when you are looking the Bakers, he's supposed to give you information after you done some tasks. I thought all it took was knowing that the Bakers were heading to SGS and traveling to RC by train yourself. I can't seem to get him to talk. What am I overlooking?

Bugs / One DC Map Error and Super Soldier Drug Issue

The player can walk past the Tchort's door and behind the wall by a few tiles.
Supersoldier Drug has a no cooldown although its description claims to have one. Kept that one to myself before I completed my last playthrough. :P

Has anyone figured out what the Faceless Medallion does? It says in the ending that you never figured out if it does anything so I assume it might have some use, but I have to confirm if it does.

Bugs / DC Lighting Bug

The lights activated when power gets sent to an area do not turn off when the power is rerouted elsewhere. They do not emit light, the sprite it self just doesn't return to an off state again.

It's a bit of a problem to keep track of the position of these two abilities, primarily when they're obscured by a wall/physical object that covers it. Given that knowing where these two things are placed is central to using them effectively it would be nice if they could still be visible when layered below stuff.

Does anyone remember where the Super Soldier Drug is stashed in DC. Currently playing a no lockpicking/ hacking character so I'm wondering if  may have missed it on playthrough because of it.

General / Opening the sealed door in Deep Caverns

I've repaired everything, the dialogue says so anyway. I've destroyed the gates with the bio-grenades. I've routed the electricity to the area, I think this is the right spot; the keypad doesn't say no power now. The door doesn't seem to budge when I interact with the keypad though. Do I need to fill the hydraulic canister or something?
