General / Scrappers or Black Eels?

Thanks to you guys I finally figured out how to progress in junkyard (two different vendors send you to separate gang leaders when asked about old junkyard)
But now im in a dilema... Who should I pick? Can anyone tell the pros and cons and/or storyline differences? This kind of info really needs to be on wiki honestly

General / Stuck in junkyard...

The quest to find the armadillo circuit board Im simply lost on what I must do..
Ive talked to all the vendors and one gave me a clue that I need to look in Depot A..
Problem is, since this game is seriously lacking a map feature, Im clueless where to go or even where Im at...
I did find a bubble map somewhere on the forums here that sadly offered no help at all so I come here in hopes of clues
Wandering aimlessly in junkyard for hours is no fun!
