Well, the University of Planet is my favorite faction to play as, so there you go. Haven't played AC in a while, sadly, but this thread kind of makes me want to fire it up again.

It's going to be a new guy. We've made a new zone at the Core City docks (and it'll be accessible only with the expansion), and that's where you'll find his shop. :)

If I had to choose, I'd eat a ban for Forgotten Weapons, but hell, the Slingshot Channel is probably worth it too. But there'll be no ban sledgehammers today (with or without the electroshock), as Tchort found the the derailed man's implement of death rather impressive. Not to mention his laughter. :D

It shouldn't be a lot of work, no, but there are other neat suggestions and ideas people have contributed and I'd like to implement it all in one go; makes things simpler. And it's also a matter of priorities, of course, as it is enticing and fun to polish and tweak stuff, but we've got Expeditions to release. :D

As for Katherine's favor, there's nothing more to it. It's just a simple persuasion check that offers nothing more than information about Blaine. That dialog was written a long time ago and there is a possibility something more was planned but got cut somewhere along the way. I'll take a look at it once I'm back to working on Junkyard.

Got it. There are a few other tweaks/issues pending when it comes to this quest, so I'll deal with all it in one go after we release the expansion. I like the suggestion, as there's never too many different outcomes and it's fairly simple to implement. :)

The default outcome of the council has indeed been changed and now depends on whether Gorsky is still around to push his agenda or not; also, the persuasion skill check values have been tweaked a bit, also based on Gorsky's presence. I guess we missed that one in the change log, so sorry about the misunderstanding. Things are working as intended. I have, however, now changed Tanner's reply so that he won't mention earthquake repairs after the railway has been cleared but give another reason.

Makes sense that the game should recognize if you wiped the Scrappers on your own. We like our actions acknowledged and preferably rewarded. :D We're focused on finishing the expansion at the moment, so all of this will have to wait until after it's been released. And regarding the extra content and skill checks, can't promise anything yet but your suggestions has been noted. :)

This option appear long before Jack Quicksilver's quest.

I think it's okay to have that option regardless of the quest. Maybe you want to sneak into the surveillance room for some other purposes.

I don't recall any changes being done to this quest since the last update other the difficulty stuff, and those changes shouldn't affect much with regards to turning in the quest; but then again, who knows? Maybe it's something awfully specific and hard to reproduce. I'll be leaving this one be until some new info turns up.

It's one of them cursed quests, I tells ya!
