There's a way to reset skill/attributes? or just with cheats(if there is something like that)?

Nope. Not unless you want to try your hand at hex editing or memory editing.

I'm afraid Cheat Engine is really the only option besides starting a whole new playthrough. There are a handful of threads, here and on the Steam forums, that can partially teach you how to use it, if you're interested. Just search "cheat engine" or "hex edit" and you'll find them quick.

Resetting the skill is, just big can of worms and probably not possible due to how level up works.

Re-assignment of many feats and skill points are however possible although it will have.... some to severe issues for the feat re-assignment.

Yeah, if it would be easy I would change my current crossbower by removing Trap skills and Quick Tinkering entirely, because it feels now as absolutely casual, and pop\mainsteam build lol, because it allow to faceroll everything.
Thus it free 40 skillpoints, and more important 1 feat, which is constant hunger for crossbower.

Honestly. I'd just use cheat engine to level up a new character then copy over all the items(use duping methods). Less work and more stable all around.

If you are absolutely and... somehow, *MUST* edit the game then follow the instruction shown instruction below.

Feats change rule for the savegame edit is following(as far as I know):

1. You can't just add feats that adds special skill slots as well. Like dirty kick which adds dirty kick skill to the skills tab. ONLY EDIT IN PASSIVE FEATS.

2. Feats that has "Enter(or a new line if you are a programmer)" as a feat's "real name" cannot be edited, unless you are changing it into feat with Enter as well.
