Title: Is this game still in development?

I'm a huge fan of the original Fallout games and so when I heard of UnderRail I got pretty excited. The only thing I'm worried about is whether or not it's still being developed. I don't want to buy an incomplete game.

If it is still in development, does anyone know how long it will be until the game's complete?

Yes, it's "still" being developed.  8)
To our knowledge, this is the last version before release. How long that takes is anyones guess.
Check the devlogs for information on progress.
Oh, and I recommend against buying it on Desura. ;)

Styg sold the rights to Bethesda who is converting underrail to the gamebryo engine. So yes! Still on its way  :D
