Due to financial problems Desura is going through at the moment, its future appears uncertain. I strongly suggest that everyone who purchased Underrail there, to retrieve their Steam keys - http://steamcommunity.com/app/250520/discussions/0/864979883873537692/.
This does not include those who purchased from Groupees and redeemed Desura keys, they will find their Steam keys on Groupees website.
For those who do not like using clients or Steam specifically - we do not have client-less alternative to Desura to provide you and no additional keys will be issued to accommodate for this in the future should such platform become available. While I do regret this is the case, this was not a turn of events we anticipated.
